DIY CNC router

I don't like drilling of PCBs, so I've decided to create a CNC router. I designed it to be big enough to mill front panels of electronic devices, like frequency counter, function generator, etc. Thus working area should be at least 500 mm  x 320 mm x 100 mm.

I started with this worktable and then I built the frame which holds the work-piece.

The Y axis is done:

The very first test was unsuccessful, because the motor was not able to produce enough torque to rotate the shaft:
